Our growing client, in Nashua, NH, is seeking to add 3 Patient Account Representatives to their elite team who was voted “Best Places To Work” for 2020. The ideal candidate will have a background in Customer Service. Prior medical experience desired. Role: Patient Account Representatives (Temp-Hire) Location: Nashua, NH Pay: $15-$16/hour (Plus monthly incentive  bonus) Hours: M-Friday 8am-4:30pm OR 8:30am-5pm Benefits:

Premise of position: Client is a call center who handles  patient accounts for their clients and assist patients in understanding and resolving their medical bills. Key Duties: ·Field inbound calls and placing courtesy outbound calls to patients ·Documenting communications ·Negotiating payment and/or payment plans for resolution of outstanding balances ·Employees will be trained in and expected to adhere to HIPAA, Company, State and Federal rules and regulations. Skills Required:
  • Medical Office Experience
  • Possess a willingness to learn- Will consider and train individuals with customer service experience
  • Excellent written, oral communication and telephone skills
  • PC proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and data base navigation.
  • Team-oriented
  • Detail oriented
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • bilingual a plus but not a requirement.
