Compensation Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Compensation Analyst for a client in Newport News. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and proficient in Excel, Lawson, Crystal Reports and/or Workday. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position that is paying between $35-$36/hr. Please apply if you are interested/qualified!

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to the Compensation team by administering all aspects of the organization’s compensation programs
  • Prepares and studies salary analysis for determination of employee compensation
  • Examines predictions for market changes in salary ranges and recommends revisions to organizations compensations plans
  • Review job descriptions and assess appropriate compensation levels
  • Administers Pay for Performance increases, leave plan structures and audits integrity of the employee database
  • Advanced in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
