Office Assistant

Do you have experience in administrative work? Are you knowledgeable in the logistics field? You can use both of those skills in this Administrative Assistant position. We are currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator opportunity at leading intermodal company. It is a fast paced environment and must work with a team.  

Responsibilities

  • organizing and scanning paperwork
  • driver check calls
  • late board updates
  • rail billing
  • email monitoring
