- The Call Center Support Analyst should have excellent communication skills, should demonstrate the capability to appropriately and professionally handle calls from VFC Providers and ASIIS users as well as demonstrate the ability for critical thinking and problem-solving.
- The Call Center Support Analyst should be able to express information in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in writing.Responsibilities:
- The Call Center Support Analyst provides customer support, service and technical assistance to internal and external users via the Help Desk phone lines and email.
- The Call Center Support Analyst works independently and without technical supervision to receive and screen the incoming calls and receive and complete requests.
- The Call Center Support Analyst investigates, troubleshoots for problem identification and provides recommendations and solutions to complex issues for the ASIIS users.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment

- Troubleshooting (3 years of experience is required)
