Legal Administrative Assistant

Randstad is working with a Law firm in South Tampa seeking a full time Legal Admin who will handle back office suport for the Attorney but, also front office support with taking messages, greeting clients and answering the phones. You must posses excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to multitask in a fast paced enviorment.

  • Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and reports.
  • Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
  • Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies.
  • Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use by the office.
  • Prepare and format legal and management reports.
  • Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
