The Site Coordinator will be working for Randstad at our clients site in Danvers, MA.  Monday-Friday 8:00am -5:00pm (The schedule has some flexibility)

The key responsibilities of the Site Coordinator will be to help manage the account through recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, Vendor Management Systems like Fieldglass & Peoplenet, data entry and other basic administrative tasks.

- Intermediate computer skills including but not limited to MS Office (Google Suite experience is a plus) - professional communication skills - Detail oriented - Recruitment experience a plus - VMS experience is a plus - bilingual in Spanish, Albanian, or French Creole is a plus but not required

- High School diploma or equivalent - 1+ years experience in a business, customer service, human resource setting
