The ideal candidate will be comfortable and confident when dealing with customers. Although you will never cold call in this position, you have to feel comfortable handling difficult situations and be able to negotiate and descalate situations. You will train in the office and transition to working from home with the intention of eventually returning to the office full-time when it is safe to do so. You must feel comfortable commuting to Boca Raton daily.
- Receive inbound calls to answer questions and place orders for customers
- Make outbound calls to customers that previously placed orders to follow up on the status of their orders and discuss any issues with their orders
- Educate, provide assistance and negotiate with customers as needed
- Assist customers with their transactions
