HR Assistant

Are you a dedicated office professional looking to work for a reputable company in Rochester, NY? Would you like to further your skills in Human Resources and Payroll functions? Are you familiar and comfortable using Microsoft Office software? If so, we'd like to speak with you! Client in the Brigton/Henrietta area is looking to add an HR/Payroll support professional to their Team to assist with filing, reconciliations and year-end compliance. Candidates should have basic knowledge of Payroll and HR functions.  Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Responsibilities

  • Assist HR Department with filing and reconciliations
  • Assisting Payroll Department 
  • Helping with year-end compliance measures
  • Data Entry
