Administrative Support

Do you have excellent communication skills? Have you provided support to an office of at least 8 individuals? Randstad is partnered with a well-known accounting firm to help hire an Administrative professional during tax season.  An ideal candidate has experience working for an accounting firm or supporting a leadership team. A successful Admin will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office. 

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls or taking detailed messages
  • Provide general support to clients and customers 
  • Write / distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Act as a liaison with executive and senior Accountants to handle requests
