Health Care industries are expected to grow and are looking for entry level Customer Service candidates that have an interest in the area of Health Care support!  Randstad Denver is currently seeking candidates with Customer Service experience to join a team here local in Colorado! This is considered an entry level Customer Service position in which you will be working with an established Health Insurance provider, in supporting their customers on a national level. In this position you will be working remotely from home (until such a time the call is made to return to the office).  Schedule Is Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - PM no weekends!  Pay $17.00 an hour. The training will be starting on 10/05/2020. In this position you will be responsible for assisting external customers via phone and written communication to answer questions and provide support regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts eligibility and claims. Quickly and efficiently analyzing problems and providing accurate follow up and solutions to the customers. You will also be working with additional departments internally to provide the necessary support needed to make sure the customers leave with a positive and engaging experience. This role will be considered a temp to hire contract position, if hired the benefits of joining the company are amazing as well as numerous opportunities to grow and expand in different ways. Responsibilities

In this position you will be responssible for responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims. Inquiries will be received via phone an written communication, and you will be documenting all notes and updates accordingly on individual customer profiles, while maintaining positive customer relations and ensuring all requests are handled in a timely manner. 

You will be required to utilize proprietary systems to gather information needed to respond and provide accurate information to the customers, in a professional and expedient manner. Having full knowledge of company services and products, benefits, provider contracs and claims! Responding to the needs of external and internal customers.
