Develops, implements, and administers cost-effective benefits programs, such as pension plans, life, health, and disability insurance. Administers pension plans, either internally or through an outsourced service, including check distribution, recordkeeping, and responding to employee requests according to established policies and procedures. Assists in preparing reports to management on the status of pension activities.
