- Proven leadership skills.
- HR background with exposure/experience in aspects of HR including performance/compensation management, employee relations, training, and development, recruiting/selection.
- Organization awareness. Good written and oral presentation/communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
- Manage all aspects of HR Direct; up to and including; customer service, employee relations, data integrity.
- Monitor the pulse and health of the business; asses systemic organizational needs of the business; create local action plans to address and facilitate change and transition management initiatives.
- Broker HR Direct and COE services where applicable. Manage country HR Direct accountabilities; including customer service and employee relations
