Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition: Understands department recruiting strategies and goals. Provides data to support sourcing strategies (i.e. insufficiencies or gaps in talent capability). May participate in peer level interviews. Coordinates department specific on-boarding paperwork and conducts new employee orientation.
HR Operations: Responsible for data entry related to new hire paperwork, employee changes, pay changes etc. Understands, collects data and pulls reports from HR tools, may key in/maintain data in system. Ensures quality of data through regular audits, identifies process improvements within direct area of work. Serves as a point of contact to answer questions for employee life events (i.e.: day to day questions and issues that arise in employee experience) Encourages the behavior of self service for employees. Applies fundamentals of employment law, deep understanding of company policies and services available to employees.
