We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to temporarily join the team of a reputable organization located in Stony Brook, NY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience in administration. This candidate must also be computer proficient as they will be using MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and video/chat functions such as Microsoft Teams.  This is a full time position Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00pm. The hourly pay rate being offered is $13.25/hr. This position is considered long term temporary and has no specific end date. This position has the ability to start ASAP, pending screenings.   • Schedule meetings utilizing MS Outlook and Teams! 
  • Answer incoming phone calls 
  • Perform basic data entry by entering requisitions into internal system 
  • File, fax and scan documents 
  • Maintain department inventory by speaking with vendors and assit with ordering supplies
  • Also utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint
