Administrative Assistant

Company seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in their Brea location. Looking for someone who has previous admin experience and preferably in the construction industry. If you have HVAC experience that is a big plus! Temp to hire Administrative Assistant position working M-F 8a-5p with the weekends off. You will be in charge of running the reports through Excel, communicating with vendors/customers and all other departments as well. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills for this position.  By being employed through Randstad you get paid weekly instead of bi-weekly!
