We are seeking a professional candidate that will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and requirements. You will also interact with other internal client support team members on vendor issues to ensure that customer expectations are always met, and the vendor obligation is fulfilled.
Providing support for assigned vendors and specific geographic region(s)
Qualify and onboard vendors assuring all application/compliance information and background data have been collected and are up to date.
Create and maintain support tools and materials to manage and track Vendors
Train all current and new vendors on Imperial Commercial Cleaning systems including IVR, inspections and quality assurance.
Work with other departments involved in the Vendor Management Process (Finance, Compliance, Operations)
