Sales Support Admin

A company in Dalton, GA continues to grow and expand throughout the US so they’re adding an administrative position to their Sales Team.  They’re looking for someone with at least 2-3 year office experience and who has great communication and organizational skills.  This position is expected to be an integral part of the sales team.  The opening is a permanent full time position and the company offers full benefits package once hired full time.  



Purpose of the Sales Support Specialist is to act as liaison between the office team, sales force & management.  Responsibilities will start as office support (data entry, customer service, scanning, reviewing emails & forwarding to correct sales team, etc.) while learning company processes, products sold, pricing structure & customer database.  Once trained, job duties will include:

  • Helping troubleshoot problems with customers’ orders, accounts, and resolving shipment issues
  • Addressing customer installation questions
  • Processing warranty claims
  • Customer Service – helping customers with product questions, pending orders, and general requests
  • Tracking orders, customers buying motives and buying cycles
  • Providing the sales team with data reports and sales charts
  • Identifying & monitoring sales trends
  • Researching competitor products
  • Printing production packets for Warehouse & Production Managers
  • Keeping up with new product sales launches and making sure the sales team is up to date too
