Our client in the Malvern area is looking for a Patient Coordinator to support the Customer Care team administratively as well. The primary resposibilities will be to provide patient information to physicians and insurance companies to determine eligibility. Also the right candidate will support the management team with calendar manegment, email correspondance and special projects.
Assist the Customer Care manager with Administrative work
Assist patients with insurane information and approvals
Coordinate with physicians to obtain information for insurance purposes
