Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Our client, a computer part manufacturer, is lookingto hire an office manager/bookkeeper.

If you are looking for a new position, in a small office this is your chance!                                                                                                      

Responsibilities include:

-Accounts payable, including payroll. Doing check runs.
-Accounts receivable, wire transfers, customer check deposits.
-Account reconciliation.
-Maintaining company files, such as personnel, taxes, accounting records, etc.
-Personnel matters, including new hiring, medical plan evaluation, reviews, etc.
-Managing company Simple IRA plan and submissions.
-Reviewing financial condition of company with management.
-Arranging for external suppliers for building maintenance and etc.
-Working with Administrative Assistant in day-to-day matters
