PART-TIME Administrative clerk position with Flexible 10-15 hr/week. Working with Property management and housing in the Town of Lexington MA. The Client is looking for a professional mannered individual that is very detailed oriented and has a customer service background. Skill set includes organizational and time management, great customer service, and good communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Maintain a professional company image while interacting with tenants, vendors, and community members.
Proficient in Office 365 Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Outlook.
Provide general office support (filing, copying, proficient computer typing skills, email , fax, scan) to Housing Director and Finance Administrator.
Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions and problem resolution to management. Maintains and completes files in process Knowledge of Housing Software Programs (Preferred but not required) Data Entry
