We are actively recruiting for an experienced, outgoing and polished Administrative Assistant for a Financial Planning firm located in Roanoke, Virginia. Bring your stellar administrative experience to this financial firm and make an impact immediately!   


  • Completing forms and applications
  • Proofing and confirming that all entered data on paperwork are all correct on corresponding documents
  • Answering calls and obtaining qualifying financial information from high level clients during the initial conversation
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially with data entry and proofing

  • Strong Oral Communication
  • Handling Confidential Information
  • Administrative Duties
  • Experienced Use of Microsoft Office
  • Answering Phones 
  • Obtaining Qualifying Financial Information from High Level Clients During the Initial Phone Conversation
  • Strong Data Entry and Proofing Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Years of experience: 3 years or more is preferred
  • Experience level: Intermediate to Advanced
Working Hours:

8:30 AM - 5 PM, with 1/2 hour for lunch
