This role will require that the candidate have substantial experience as an administrative assistant, or in a support role, preferably in the engineering or architectural field.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to enter into the vibrant engineering field. - Approximately 35hrs/wk - $20/hr - Heavy Excel and MS Word usage - Coordinates Travel - Manages Expenses - Orders office supplies - Manages Calendars - Edits job specifications (data entry corrections) - Must be comfortable with MS Outlook - Exposure to Quickbooks, Bill Quick or similar is nice to have - Assist Marketing team with various tasts
This role will:
Edit job specifications
Manager general office responsibilities, incuding travel, calendering and supplies.
Assist Marketing Director with marketing responsibilities
Emails to clients, and RFQs
