In search of a strategic and analytical pricing expert to manage and drive the pricing strategy of a St. Louis based plastics manufacturer. The Pricing Manager leads a small team of account managers that specialize in knowing and quoting customers. The Pricing Manager will be responsible for implementing new pricing models, so experience with change management as it relates to pricing and maximizing profitability.
Leading - Manages a team of two (2) pricing experts.
Problem solving - Gathers, analyzes, and skillfully works across departments to develop solutions for pricing issues.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness - Works across platforms, ERPs, departments, and customers to develop pricing initiatives.
Pricing Mastery - Shows a proven record of leading teams to profitability.
