-Address and resolve all urgent Customer Service purchasing related requirements.
-Run reports on open purchase orders and prepare spreadsheets.
-Monitor & resolve all purchase orders that are past the estimated arrival date.
-Process & monitor all urgent purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
-Work with buyers to resolve Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs).
-Identify products for Process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests
with suppliers and update quality reporting within the vendor scorecard database.
-Work with warehouse operations to identify and resolve order shortages, order
overages, and/or damaged product.
