Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Randstad is currently assisting our client in Harrisburg, PA with an Accounts Receivable Coordinator role. Pay is $16-$20 an hour to start. AA degree or higher required. Contract to Hire or Direct Hire.

Experience:

· 2+ years of experience with collections, invoicing, cash receipts and/or accounts receivable



· Proficient Excel skills required



· Experience with other Microsoft programs including Outlook



· AS400 experience preferred but not required



· Commission or costing calculation experience preferred but not required

   

Responsibilities

· Prepare and apply cash receipts for multiple company locations



· Process and apply ACH and credit card payments for multiple locations



· Prepare, review and mail monthly statements to customers



· Monitor AR aging report for multiple locations



· Manage collection efforts and associated functions



· Perform adjustments and credits to AR as needed



· Prepare costing sheets to be distributed to company salesman



· Prepare quarterly salesman commissions report



· Provide support for external auditors



· Additional accounting tasks as needed



Skills

  • Basic Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)
  • Accounting Coursework (1 year of experience is required)
  • Microsoft Office (2 years of experience is required)
