This is a high volume and fast paced environment where you will be working off of 2 computer screens and will be required to multi-task efficiently. You will follow up with customers via phone, email and fax to retrieve any necessary information.
- Order entry
- Order management from entry to shipping
- Excellent Excel and Word skills
- Good phone skills for both internal and external customers
- 3+ years of experience with Quickbooks
- Must have automotive customer service/inside sales experience or manufacturing sales/inside sales experience
