This is a high volume and fast paced environment where you will be working off of 2 computer screens and will be required to multi-task efficiently. You will follow up with customers via phone, email and fax to retrieve any necessary information.
Consistently answers 65 or more calls per day from Talent and Branches.
Average Handle Time to be maintained between 5 minutes and 6 and half minutes during the first 6 months of employment. Average Handle Time to be maintained at 5 and a half minutes or less after 6 months of employment.
Quality Monitoring - access calls to ensure that it is answered accurately and with a high level of customer service. The average expectation is 95% or better.
Documentation - to ensure that the documentation is clear, accurate and complete. The average expectation is 95% or better.
