Office Admin

Are you organized, hard working with great attention to detail, looking to find a full time position in Bridgeport?

We are in need of an office admin, to help out in the office with receptionist duties, filing, data entry, customer service and other talks to assist the manager.  This person must be comfortable working in a manufacturing facility and submitting a full criminal background check.

Responsibilities

The office admin will have receptionist duties to greet all walk-ins and direct incoming calls.  You will be directly assisting the Office Manager, and will work with her to complete any tasks from filing, verifying/auditing paperwork, data entry, verifying PO's and delivering paperwork between all departments. You will be trained with all specific company information/language.  They are looking for a positive, team player who is willing to multi-task quickly and efficiently.  Attention to detail is a MUST for this position and as long as you work hard and show devotion to the company, they will hire you on permanent after the probationary period.

The manager appreciates candidates who have a positive attitude and the ability to multitask efficiently while still paying attention to detail. Just be yourself and ask any questions you may have about the position while you are there.
