Administrative assistant

Randstad is recruiting a full time Administrative assistant for a busy auto body shop. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in an office setting. Experience with Microsoft Office software preferred but not mandatory. Must be a fast learner; especially when it comes to computer software and programs. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and demonstrate attention to detail. Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Most importantly, must have an outgoing professional attitude and excellent customer service skills. 



  • Provide administrative support to the daily operations overseeing from start to finish: handling insurance claims, repair tickets, vehicle rental processing.
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
  • Greet and assist clients in person or via telephone creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Communicate with clients in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time they wait for service.
  • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires about insurance claims.
  • Follow up with clients and keep them informed throughout the repair process.
  • Verify accident facts and determine policy coverage.
  • Follow up with Insurance companies ensuring files are up to date
  • strong attention to detail and decision-making skills .
  • Candidate should have high energy level and be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • The ideal person needs to be success-driven, and a team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
The essential functions of this role include:

  • working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

  • Customer Service (3 years of experience is required)
  • Data Entry (2 years of experience is required)
  • Administrative Duties (2 years of experience is required)
  • Microsoft Office (2 years of experience is required)

  • Bachelors (required)
