Operations Coordinator

Job Overview A growing construction organization local to Jacksonville is seeking an Operations Coordinator who is eager to join a team where they can progress their career on a temporary to hire basis. This is an outstanding opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable company with room for growth down the road.  

Responsibilities

  • Directly assist Director of Operations
  • Handle service agreements
  • Vendor management 
  • Oversee general/clerical functions
  • Assist as backup to Accounts Payable
  • Assist as backup to HR as needed 
  • Help with sales/field calls
Preferred

  • 2-4 years' of related experience OR a recent business/marketing (or relative field) Bachelors Degree
  • Must be comfortable in sales environment and networking business
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated and eager attitude
