The Administrative Assistant I provides general administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. The candidate should have an understanding of general office procedures, have the ability to communicate effectively, problem solve and provide general administrative support.
- Plan and schedule meetings, answer calls and handle in person inquiries
- Coordinate meeting/events
- Maintain and collect data/data entry
- Greet visitors/provide routine info
- Office supply orders
- Provide support to individual managers
Must have Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and be knowledgaable of computer applications and internet search
Must also work cooperatively in a diverse work environment
This role will require being inside and also sometimes outside to provide information so may be a cold environment at times.
