This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting professional from the engineering/construcion sector that wants to take the next step in their career. This is an onsite position as this is an essential business.
Responsibilities
- Process & post invoices for payment
- Prepare and process weekly AP check runs
- Process vendor applications
- Process W9 requests
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Prepare & post journal entries
- File invoices, forms and reports
- Process daily AR cash postings
- Process adjustments from Credit
- File invoices
Skills
- Deltek (1 year of experience is required)
- Construction
- Government (1 year of experience is required)
- Invoicing (1 year of experience is required)
- General Accounting (1 year of experience is required)
