Responsibilities
Communicate with customers on new and existing orders and any special requests. Answer inquiries on deliveries,
lead times, pricing (at assigned level), and order status
Review reports on a weekly basis. Monitor open order status
Process sample requests for customers
Resolve billing/shipping errors
Key contact for the outside sales team/help sell product
Work with RMA Coordinator for returns processing and replacement orders
Authorize credit on RMA’s and invoices
