HR Director

A start up, and multi-state organization with headquarters in Denver…is looking to bring on a HR professional to help create, implement, and own the entire HR process for their rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will be creative and tenured, with a passion for fast paced work, and willing to roll up their sleeves to create an entire HR department alongside the President. In this position, this person will be writing SOP’s, implementing talent tracking and HRIS software’s, and auditing compliance. This organization is excited to bring in someone that has a passion of working with both white and blue collar workers, and being instrumental to the long term success of their organization. The perfect candidate will be looking for a salary >$85,000 annually…and be comfortable running full-cycle in house recruiting in addition to their other HR responsibilities. -Ensure proper coaching of managers to improve employee performance

-Implement SOP's and own the entire organizational HR process

-Manage the annual compensation process

-Workforce and succession planning

-Data reporting - ability to run and manipulate HR data related to key metrics and validation

-Create, and manage full cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions (blue and white collar) from entry to director level

-Manage talent review process, performance management, and employee growth programs, ensuring the continuous supply, development, and retention of top talent for local and regional roles
