HR professional knowledgeable in ACA coding and reporting to assist with year end financial reporting project. The ideal candidate will have recent affordable care act analysis, reporting and compliance experience.
- Assists with information gathering for annual filings, measurement period, eligibility determination, compliance testing and other duties related to year-end processing.
- Responsible for company level setup to ensure compliance with ACA regulations.
- Assists the team in conducting detailed research and data analysis on ACA
- Coordinates ACA for year-end process with customer to ensure compliance with the Affordable Care Act and reports findings to Customer.
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 2+ years of prior experience in Payroll, Benefits and Customer Service Experience helpful
- 2+ year Affordable Care Act experience
- Strong analytic, time management and multi-tasking skills to effectively handle projects in a fast paced, high volume and deadline intensive environment
