Looking for a Data entry role Skills: Data entry filing entry administrative roles customer service High School diploma or equivalent experience Minimum typing speed of 45wpm Process Mail Mortgage Complete entries in MSP, prepare paper files for the imaging department, process reports, and complete validation of imaged files. Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Education: High School or GED Equivalent

 

Responsibilities

As a Collateral Support Professional your Job Duties Include:

• Track  and process mail packages containing Mortgage Notes, Modification Agreements, Approval/Denial Letters. 
  
  
• Complete entries in MSP, prepare paper files for the imaging department, process reports, and complete validation of imaged files. 
  
  
• Meet daily production requirements and maintain high quality standards
  
  
• Manage work queues and prepare original documents for recordation processing
  
  

 The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Computer proficient in MS Office Suite 
  
  
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
  
  
• Minimum typing speed of 45wpm
  
  
• Highly proficient and accurate data entry skills
  
  
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  
  
• Keen attention to detail
  
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
