Administrative Coordinator

Are you experienced in administrative work? Are you knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills? We are actively recruiting for an individual who is a quick learner with a great attitude and able to multi-task. Your organizational skills will make you successful in this temporary-to-hire role at a growing chemical company in the downtown area.  

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Operates swichboard
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Record and forward messages 
  • Create professional emails, letters and agendas
  • Document handling, organizing and management
