The ideal candidate has one plus years experience assisting with meetings, agendas, communications, and special projects. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast paced environment.
-Provides efficient and timely administrative support for President and another department. Includes: preparing correspondence and commitment letters. Accurate and timely preparation of documents
-Assists in accurate maintenance of portfolio documentation through research and collection of required documentation. Includes: credit reports, tax returns, collateral, environmental reports and financial information.
-Responds to all telephone inquiries promptly and courteously. May relay messages, provide information, assists in solving problems. Ensures that all customer complaints and problems are handled in an efficient and timely manner. Follows up to ensure that customers are satisfied with resolution and service
