This position provides administrative and analytical support for the Finance, Tax and Investor Relations departments. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining financial record databases, information tracking, preparation of reports, documents and high level professional presentations, assisting with quarterly investor calls, scheduling meetings, manage printing, binding and posting Investor Relations materials on company website, travel arrangements, as well as processing of expenses, invoices and tax payments. Requires analytical, organizational skills and the ability to identify resources required to complete tasks. This position manages multiple projects concurrently working with multiple deadlines both independently and in a team environment.
