Talent Acquisition Specialist

Do you have experience recruiting for nurses?  Have your worked as a recruiter in the healthcare field? Do you provide customer service and build relationships with hiring mangers? Are you comfortable attending 2 weeks of in office trainings and then working remotely? If you said yes to the previous four questions we have the positon for you! Our client is a major healthcare company looking to add a few contractors to their talent acquisition team. If you are interested keep reading.


  • Focuses on identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions and creates offers for
    candidates to fill roles
  • Provides a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers with
    recruitment issues, policies and processes
  • Establishes relationships with hiring managers and key leaders to understand the business unit
    and the department’s recruitment needs
  • Participate in talent acquisition activities including job fairs, campus visits, and
    conferences/seminars, meet and greets, open houses, etc
  • Screens applicants for positions determining whether they will continue in the hiring process
    based on their experience, background and cultural fit
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews for hiring managers with qualified applicants.
  • Maintains computerized information system used to record and screen applicants for positions
  • Ensures that all required data, certificates and licenses have been gathered to support the
    application of individuals for positions

  • Taleo (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • PeopleSoft (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • healthcare recruiting (2 years of experience is required)
