The ideal candidate will have experience assisting Financal Advisors and or Executive level personnel with meetings, agendas, communications, and special projects. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast paced environment who is tech savvy and a great commuicator!
Responsibilities-Primary Responsibility is to be the main scheduler for Financial Adivsor -Networking using social media and other media outlets to interact potential clients -Able to use phone systems to communicate with propspects -Comfortable using a CRM database -Will document contact with potential clients and prospects -Must be task oriented and recognizing filling the schedule is #1 priority
