The ideal candidate has 3 years experience assisting Accounting Managers and/or Operations with admin support, basic accounting, communications, and special projects. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a moderately-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones at Front desk, checking voicemails and routing messages
- Accepting mail/packages, sorting, and distributing, scheduling shipping pick-up through Fedex Account online
- Data Entry into MS Access & Excel and Internal Software
- Basic Accounting: Balance month-end closing and issue quarterly commission Checks
- Research and balancing as needed.
