Customer Service Rep

Would you say you have experience providing world class customer service? Do have what it takes to work with individuals that require professionalism? We have a high end client that is looking for only the best of the best representitves. You will be required to answer calls, track shipments and multi-task efficiently.


Customer Service Experience 

Answering calls with proper phone etiquette

Proficient in use and navigation of computers and software

Ability to multi task effectively

Ability to track orders and communicate in a professional manner


  • Customer Service (2 years of experience is preferred)
  • Active Listening (2 years of experience is preferred)
  • Telephone Etiquette (2 years of experience is preferred)
  • Data Entry (1 year of experience is required)
  • High School (required)
  • Years of experience: 2 years
  • Experience level:Experienced
Shift: First

Working hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
