Administrative Assistant

New year, new opportunity! Our client is a national worker's compensation program administrator is in need of a detail-oriented multitasker to join their fast-paced environment as an Administrative Assistant.  This contract-to-hire position will be located in the Middletown area. Working hours: 8:30AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday. If you have top-notch organizational skills, are technically savvy with a positive attitude you are encouraged to apply. 


  • Data entry 
  • Document client applications and claims into claim system
  • Clerical duties including letter writing, indexing documents, communication with vendors/partners, printing & organizing medical records for claim professionals and recovery specialist as requested.nt
  • Retrieve mail, complete mail log and deliver mail
  • Scan data files received by mail
