Front Desk Administrative Assistant

A reputable mid-size accounting firm is seeking a sharp, professional and eager Receptionist/Front Desk Admin. This exciting temp-to-hire opportunity is with an amazing team with a great company culture! 
  • Pay Rate: $17-$20/hr, based on experience in a corporate business environment
  • IN-PERSON role, as this is an essential business 
  • Competitive permanent benefits package 
  • During Tax Season Peak time, someone may be asked to work a few hours on 1 or 2 Saturdays, but this will not be required. Overtime is paid. 
  • Candidate must be local to, or ideally reside in Montgomery County or a neighboring area


  • Answer and screen calls, routing to the appropriate team member
  • Make follow up client calls if necessary 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare tax returns to be mailed
  • Download reports and organize information into Excel spreadsheets
  • Handle other special projects as assigned by Firm Administrator
