Call Center Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in a call center environment. Must have CSR experience in an office setting. This if a full time, temporary (until July or later) position, that could potentially turn into a hire however based on their current needs it is temporary.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones - customers calling in looking to place orders or ask questions
  • Entering and placing orders in Quickbooks
  • Other small administrative tasks

  • Telephone Etiquette (2 years of experience is preferred)
  • Typing Skills
  • Quickbooks (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • Call Center (2 years of experience is required)

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
