Customer Service / Accounting Clerk

Randstad has paired with an insurance company in Franklin, TN needing someone to assist their Aviation department and their Accounting department. This is a uniquely blended role and they need someone who is a good multi-tasker, organized, and can wear multiple hats.  This role does require a four-year degree and will NOT be remote.  


This role is a unique blend role of Customer Service and Accounting clerk work. 50% of your role will be assisting the Aviation department with customer relations, changes to policies, policy updates, answer general questions, filing paperwork, etc. The remaining 50% will be assisting the Accounting department with preparing checks, opening and distributing mail, preparing and sending invoices, following up on invoices, assisting with maintaining files, etc.
