We are looking for an Administrative assistant/analyst to assist with a temporary project with potential to hire. The ideal candidate will have previous working experience in an Investment Fund environment. Fully remote (SF based co) Contract 3 months with potential to hire Hours: Starting full time (40 hrs) can vary based on how quickly projects get completed/audited Pay: 40-50/hr
Responsibilities
1.) CRM management. Adding existing and new investors into the database (Copper/ProsperWorks)
2.) Creation of the funding pipeline from the audited database (pulling excel files, analysis and preparation for decks)
3.) Ad Hoc projects as needed supporting the Fund Administrator and CFO
Skills
- CRM (3 years of experience is required)
- Data Entry (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Excel (3 years of experience is required)
- Investor Relations (1 year of experience is preferred)
