WE ARE HIRING AT CHICOS CALL CENTER TO WORK REMOTELY AFTER OUR 2-WEEK TRAINING ONSITE MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-6PM IN WINDER, GA. APPLY AND SCHEDULE YOURSELF FOR AN IMMEDIATE PHONE INTERVIEW. We offer a safe, friendly, professional office environment. Social distancing is practiced and you have your own cubicle. You must be available to work at least one weekend day each week. We have schedules available between the hours of 10AM UNTIL 1AM with the competitive starting hourly rate of $12.00. The next Training Class starts January 25TH.
- Identify and handle customer phone inquiries completely and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Educate the customer about the products and services.
- Complete and maintain accurate customer data
- Schedule, assign, or act on any required customer follow-up in accordance with Contact Center guidelines.
- Maximize opportunities to upsell and/or cross-sell company products and services.
