Administrative Assistant

Are you a friendly and motivated individual who loves working in a fast paced environment? If so, we are looking for a multifaceted individual who can successfully multi-task the day to day responsibilities of a Data Entry/Order Processor. We are looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, has great computer skills, and has exemplary customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Must be fluent in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail oriented and quality conscious
  • Self-Motivated and proactive
  • Quick Learner
  • Data Entry Experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Works well within a team
  • 2 years minimum experience supporting a manufacturing company
